Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand & Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our overall business objectives. You will be a key contributor to shaping our brand voice and ensuring a consistent, compelling message across all channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative content creation, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials (digital, print, and other) consistently adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity. Social Media Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase engagement, build community, and drive traffic. Email Marketing: Plan, create, and manage effective email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Website Optimization: Contribute to optimizing website content and user experience to align with marketing goals. Content Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that support overall marketing and business objectives, including setting measurable goals. Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality written content including blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers, website copy, and other relevant materials. Content Distribution: Plan and execute the distribution of content across various channels, including social media, email, and website, maximizing reach and impact. Market Research: Conduct basic market research to identify industry trends and target audience preferences. Analytics and Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
