Overview: Click Iraq is looking for a Sales Account Specialist in Erbil / Baghdad / AL-Basra. As a Sales Account Specialist at Click Iraq, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by selling our marketing and IT products and services to customers and clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing comprehensive information about our offerings, showing product functionalities, negotiating prices, and closing sales. Your objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our company. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and Understand Customer Needs: Engage with potential customers to grasp their requirements and preferences. • Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of Click Iraq’s marketing and IT products and services to effectively convey their benefits to customers. • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate how our solutions address customer needs. • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. • Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential customers to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales. • Negotiation: Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and Click Iraq. • Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals established by the company. • Reporting: Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. • Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. What we offer: • Competitive Commission 10% to 15% of the total revenue share. • Opportunity to earn significant additional income based on performance.
