Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our innovative creative agency. In this role, you will be the engine of our growth, responsible for identifying new opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and opening doors through strategic outreach and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through market research, strategic cold calling, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to close, ensuring consistent forward momentum.
  • Consult & Present: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, and present tailored creative solutions that articulate our agency's value and drive results.
  • Close New Business: Develop compelling proposals, lead contract negotiations, and successfully close new business agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline status in our CRM system, providing regular performance reports.
