Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our company. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and Understand Customer Needs: Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and preferences. • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Click Iraq’s marketing and IT products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our solutions meet customer needs. • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales. • Negotiation: Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements to achieve win-win outcomes for both the customer and Click Iraq. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals set by the company. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. • Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
