Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist at Click Iraq, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by selling our marketing and IT products and services to customers and clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing detailed information about our offerings, demonstrating product functionalities, negotiating prices, and closing sales. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Understand Customer Needs: Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Click Iraq’s marketing and IT products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our solutions meet customer needs.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Negotiation: Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements to achieve win-win outcomes for both the customer and Click Iraq.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
