Job Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for onboarding new companies to Job Studio and driving revenue growth. You will develop and implement strategies to attract businesses to use our platform, manage relationships, and ensure that clients experience the full value of Job Studio’s offerings. Your role will involve a strong emphasis on sales, account expansion, and client support, making sure businesses can easily post their jobs and engage with top talent. Key Responsibilities: • Actively prospect and acquire new company clients to join the Job Studio platform. • Develop strategies to onboard businesses and guide them in maximizing their use of the platform’s features. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and engagement. • Identify and act on opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling Job Studio’s services to increase overall revenue. • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement client acquisition strategies. • Support clients through their onboarding process, educating them on how to effectively use the platform and manage job postings. • Gather and analyze client feedback and market trends to enhance services and drive platform usage. • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, new client acquisition, and revenue targets. • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address needs, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. • Meet and exceed targets for new company acquisitions, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
