The Social Media Manager will create and schedule engaging content tailored to the Iraqi and Kurdish markets, ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with the company’s brand. They will actively monitor social media platforms to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, while staying updated on the latest trends and platform algorithms to improve strategies. In addition to managing Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, the role involves tracking performance, optimizing campaigns, and conducting A/B testing to enhance results. The manager will prepare detailed monthly content and advertising plans, aligning campaigns with the company’s goals and presenting them to the CEO. Collaboration with the Communication Manager, Storage Keeper, Graphic Designer, and Photographer/Videographer is key to ensuring cohesive marketing efforts. They will also analyze performance data, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
