Job Overview

Outreach & Acquisition Specialist will drive growth for the Job Studio app by engaging young professionals, job seekers, and freelancers. You'll create and execute marketing initiatives, organize events, build community partnerships, and generate sales leads for job postings. Responsibilities: 1- Event Management & Presentation: • Plan, coordinate, and execute compelling online webinars and interactive on-ground workshops. • Develop engaging presentations and materials to showcase Job Studio's value proposition. • Represent Job Studio professionally at local events, career fairs, and university gatherings. 2- Community Outreach & Relationship Building: • Research and identify key communities, student organizations, co-working spaces, and career centers to target for outreach efforts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners to promote Job Studio and drive user acquisition. • Conduct online research to identify relevant communities, spaces, events, universities, and institutes to target for outreach efforts. 3- Sales & Business Development: • Identify and contact potential clients (companies and organizations) to encourage them to post job openings on Job Studio. • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of using our platform for recruitment. • Maintain a detailed database of prospects and track sales activities.
