Role Overview:

 Promoter will serve as the "face" of our brand in the field. Your primary mission is to increase brand awareness and drive mobile app downloads. You will interact directly with potential customers (in malls, universities, markets, or events), demonstrating how the application works and convincing them to install and use it.

** Key Responsibilities**:

 User Acquisition & Direct Marketing

• App Installs: Approach potential users in targeted locations to explain the benefits of the application and assist them in downloading and registering on the app immediately.
• Demonstrations: Provide live demonstrations of the application features on your phone or the user’s phone, ensuring they understand how to use it.

**Brand Representation **

• Professional Image: Maintain a high standard of grooming and professionalism at all times, as you represent the company’s image to the public.
• Event Support: Represent the bank at trade shows, university events, and local activations, manning the booth and engaging with visitors.
• Trust Building: Answer questions and overcome objections to build trust with hesitant users.

Reporting & Feedback

• Daily Reporting: Submit a daily report to the Marketing Expert detailing the number of interactions, number of successful downloads, and locations visited.
• Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the public (complaints, suggestions, or competitor info) and report it back to the technical/management team.

** Qualifications & Requirements: **

• High School Diploma or Diploma in Business/Marketing
• 1+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Promotions is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones (iOS and Android) and able to quickly troubleshoot installation issues for customers.
• Outgoing, confident, and not afraid of rejection. You must enjoy talking to strangers.
• Must appear presentable and professional.
