Position Overview A Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide appropriate solutions - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies - Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments - Maintain customer satisfaction by providing knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly service - Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures - Meet performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Previous customer service experience (1-2 years) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software systems - Patient and empathetic demeanor when dealing with frustrated customers - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM software preferred Work Environment - work remotely, depending on company policies - Typically requires working on a computer for extended periods - May include weekend, evening, or holiday shifts depending on business needs - part-time positions available Benefits - Competitive salary based on experience - Professional development opportunities
