Job Studio is looking for a skilled and innovative Project Architect Designer to join our team for a two and half month short-term project. The candidate will be responsible for both architectural and interior design elements, ensuring that the project’s aesthetic and functional goals are met. You will work closely with our project team to develop design solutions that are not only visually appealing but also practical and compliant with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong design background, an eye for detail, and experience in fast-paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute architectural and interior design plans that align with the project’s vision and requirements. • Collaborate with the project team to understand design objectives, budgets, and timelines. • Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models to present design concepts to stakeholders. • Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with the project’s design aesthetic and functional needs. • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations. • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and adjust designs accordingly. • Oversee the implementation of design plans during the project’s execution to ensure adherence to the original vision.
