Conceptual Design and Development: • Develop and present creative design concepts based on client requirements and project specifications. • Produce detailed 2D and 3D models to illustrate design ideas. 2. Technical Drawings and Documentation: • Create precise architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit. • Ensure all designs meet building codes, standards, and zoning regulations. 3. Project Coordination and Collaboration: • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment. • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, integrating feedback into design revisions. 4. Site Analysis and Planning: • Conduct site analyses, evaluating environmental impact, spatial requirements, and feasibility. • Contribute to sustainable and cost-effective design solutions. 5. Project Management Support: • Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Track project milestones, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. 6.
