Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management, technical affairs, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) are advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic-Kurdish-English).
• Experience in [specific industry, if applicable] is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
