I’m looking for an experienced WordPress developer with strong design skills (or a developer who can work closely with a designer) to build a mobile-friendly, bilingual website for a customer registration platform.

The site should function smoothly and look professional, clean, and trustworthy, especially on mobile devices, which are the primary way our users will access the site.

Project Requirements

1. Custom Graphic & Web Design

• Clear, modern design optimised for mobile
• Design of homepage, dashboard, forms, and user flow
• Branding (colours, fonts, icons) aligned with a creative industry audience
• Visual consistency across English and Sorani versions
• Logo placement and guidance on visual hierarchy If you're a developer only, please let me know if you work with a designer or need one to be provided.

2. Customer Registration & Secure Login Dashboard

• Customer account creation and login
• Personal dashboard to manage submitted works and agreements

3. Identity Verification

• Mobile number (SMS) and email verification
• Option to upload ID documents

4. E-Signature Agreement Form

• Digital signature integration (Zoho Sign, DocuSign, or WP E-Signature)
• Signed PDF emailed to the customer and stored securely

5. Product Registration Form

• Easy-to-use form to submit metadata and cloud links (Dropbox, Google Drive)
• Dynamic fields with multilingual support
• Customer can access their registered works (only view in their account.

6. Dual Language: English & Central Kurdish (Sorani)

• Full bilingual UI
• RTL support and proper font rendering for Sorani
• Toggle switch between languages

7. API Integration

• All customer/product data should connect to an external API
• Ability to send/receive data securely with third-party systems

8. GDPR Compliance & Data Security

• Cookie banner and consent options embedded
• GDPR checkboxes on forms and user profiles
• Secure data handling and privacy-first design

9. Mobile UX Optimisation

• Fast-loading, responsive layout
• User-friendly interface with clear CTAs
• Smooth navigation and feedback on submissions

Preferred:

• Experience with multilingual sites and RTL design
• Understanding of visual communication for creative users
• Ability to deliver both backend and frontend with cohesive design
