Overview:
The creative lead will be responsible for leading and managing its creative team while also overseeing creative projects for clients. This role requires strategic thinking, innovation, and leadership to elevate Click Iraq and its clients to higher market positions through branding, marketing, and creative direction. The ideal candidate will drive creative strategies, oversee all client projects, and develop business growth initiatives that enhance Click Iraq’s market presence and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise and mentor the creative team.
- Oversee the creative process for Click Iraq and its clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Set KPIs and performance goals for the creative team to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met for both internal and client projects.
2. Creative Direction & Brand Development
- Lead branding, design, and creative campaigns for Click Iraq and its clients across various industries.
- Ensure that all creative projects align with client brand identities and business goals.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to the team on design, branding, and marketing strategies.
- Research industry trends and apply innovative solutions to stay ahead in the market.
- Oversee the production of digital content, advertising materials, video campaigns, and print media.
3. Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Develop and implement growth strategies to position Click Iraq as a leading creative agency.
- Work closely with clients to understand their branding and marketing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative branding and marketing solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create engaging content and strategies that drive conversions.
- Support the expansion of Click Iraq’s client portfolio by delivering top-tier creative services.
4. Market Expansion & Revenue Growth
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create impactful marketing and branding strategies.
- Optimize creative campaigns for maximum engagement, brand awareness, and revenue generation.
- Ensure that Click Iraq maintains a competitive edge in the creative and marketing industry.
- Implement data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Creative Lead skills needed:
- Proven experience in creative leadership roles, such as Creative Director, Art Director, or Marketing Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of branding, advertising, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and project management skills.
