The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the design team in creating compelling visuals for various platforms, including digital media, social media, print materials, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the execution of design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet business and creative objectives. - Collaborate with the senior design team and other departments to develop visuals for websites, social media, advertisements, and brochures. - Ensure brand consistency across all projects, aligning designs with Job Studio’s identity. - Manage multiple design tasks under the supervision of senior designers, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. - Receive and incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to iterate on designs. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to contribute fresh ideas to the team. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative direction for new campaigns and visual strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in brand identity, digital marketing, or print design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. - Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and manage time efficiently across multiple projects. - Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, creative team environment.</p>
