Job Overview: Click Iraq is seeking for a General Accountant who oversees company financial, from cashiering, collecting payments, preparing invoice, planning for on time payment, controlling expenses, managing bank transactions, managing advertisement pay, monthly payroll, checking the fingerprint, managing employment documents. General Accountant Job Responsibilities: • Manage all accounting transactions. • Prepare budget forecasts. • Publish financial statements in time. • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. • Ensure timely bank payments. • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity. • Audit financial transactions and documents. • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. • Comply with financial policies and regulations. • Purchasing orders and keeping track of expenses. • Manage and ensure clients contracts validity and signature. • Manage and organize company files from (business contracts, Legal documents, Employment documents, invoices, expenses, payroll, and other related documents), organized and archived.
