The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. 1. Employee duties. ACCOUNTANT The accountant is responsible for managing and reporting the financial information of the radio station. He/she will be responsible of collecting, tracking, correcting, and communicating the financial position of the company. The accountant will record transactions, analyse data, assist with budgets and financial forecasting. • Manage all accounting transactions • Manage and calculating salaries, deductions, commissions, bonuses, paychecks and taxes • Review contracts and process payments • Prepare and manage balance sheets, income statements, expense statements and other reports • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports • Ensure timely bank payments • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns • Comply with financial policies and regulations
