Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles. This is a remote position, but the successful candidate will be required to work in-office for the first month to understand the nature of the work and integrate with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
  • Stay updated with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
