We are seeking an experienced and creative Videographer,( video shooting, and art direction )for an exciting TV Commercial (TVC) project. This role requires a multi-talented individual who can manage the entire creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that both the visual storytelling and artistic elements are aligned with the brand’s vision. You will be responsible for the overall look and feel of the commercial, as well as handling the technical aspects of video production and guiding the crew to bring the concept to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Shooting: Oversee the entire filming process, setting up and operating professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio, to ensure high-quality footage.
• Direction: Collaborate with the creative team to interpret the storyboard and lead the direction of the commercial, ensuring that all scenes, actors, and settings align with the project’s goals and vision.
• Art Direction: Design and implement the visual style and artistic elements of the TVC, including the look and feel of the set, props, costumes, and overall aesthetics.
• Provide clear direction to actors and crew members to ensure that performances, set designs, and visual compositions are aligned with the desired outcome.
• Ensure that all shots are well-composed, technically sound, and visually compelling, enhancing the commercial’s narrative through creative camera work.
• Work closely with the production team to manage on-set logistics, including scheduling, location management, and coordination of equipment and crew.
• Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure that editing, color grading, and final outputs match the intended visual and artistic direction.
• Troubleshoot any challenges during filming, quickly resolving any issues related to equipment, lighting, or set design to stay on schedule.

Requirements:

• Proven experience directing, shooting, and handling the art direction of TV commercials or similar high-level video productions.
• Strong expertise in cinematography, camera operation, and lighting techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a creative team and manage both the technical and artistic aspects of production.
• Exceptional knowledge of art direction principles, including set design, costume coordination, and visual composition.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, from video shooting to direction and art direction, ensuring a cohesive and visually stunning final product.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with actors, crew, and the production team.
• Experience working with post-production teams and providing input on editing, color grading, and visual effects.
