A well-Known company is seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Expert to architect and execute our comprehensive marketing vision. The ideal candidate will be a strategic mastermind with a hands-on approach, responsible for leading integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, accelerate user acquisition, and foster deep engagement. This role is central to the growth and requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and strategic planning, specifically tailored to the unique consumer landscape of the Iraq market.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Strategic Marketing & Campaign Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and end-to-end execution of innovative and engaging marketing campaigns designed to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Establish, manage, and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring the most effective allocation of resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).

2. Digital Marketing & Channel Management:

  • Command the digital marketing strategy across all relevant platforms, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Increase visibility and organic downloads on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Manage and grow social media presence by developing a dynamic content calendar, fostering community engagement, and leveraging user-generated content.
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
  • Understand user behavior through analytics platforms to identify patterns, motivations, drop-off points, and opportunities for improved retention and conversion.
  • Analyze in-app events such as sign-ups, listing creation, search patterns, watch time, shares, and user engagement to build data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize mobile attribution tools such as AppFlyer, Adjust, or Firebase Analytics, ensuring accurate tracking of user journeys and campaign performance.
  • Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) to enhance rankings, visibility, keyword relevance, and conversion rates for listing pages on both app stores.
  • Create and manage growth funnels, tracking steps from ad click → app install → account creation → active listing → repeat usage.
  • Conduct A/B testing on marketing messages, creatives, landing pages, and app store assets to maximize performance.
  • Monitor marketing attribution models (last-click, multi-touch, SKAN for iOS) to ensure accurate campaign ROI evaluation.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, including collaborations with local creators, micro-influencers, and niche communities relevant to buying/selling culture in Iraq.
  • Leverage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage inactive users, cart abandoners, and users who viewed items but did not take action.
  • Manage CRM and lifecycle marketing.
  • Monitor online reputation and community feedback, ensuring consistent brand representation across all digital platforms.
  • Optimize marketing spend and cost per acquisition (CPA).

3. Performance Analysis & Data-Driven Optimization:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of all marketing initiatives.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the leadership team.

4. Brand Management & Content Collaboration:

  • Act as a brand consultant.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, freelancers to produce compelling and high-quality marketing assets, including video content for our reels-based platform, social media visuals, and email templates.
