Role Summary:

Account Manager will be the central hub between our clients and creative teams. Will be responsible for translating client vision into tangible creative projects, managing the entire workflow, and ensuring the final deliverables exceed expectations.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the team.
  • Receive and understand client requests, shape them into clear tasks, and communicate them effectively to the relevant internal teams or freelancers.
  • Proactively provide solutions and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure all deliverables are of high quality, aligned with client expectations, and submitted on time.
  • Coordinate with freelancers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Track all project operations, monitor deadlines, and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client scopes.
  • Advocate for the best outcomes on both sides — client satisfaction and internal efficiency.
  • Maintain healthy client relationships by being responsive, supportive, and reliable.
  • Meet clients for better relationships, satisfaction, product knowledge, and upscale the contract.
