Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices are upheld across the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has deep experience in both front-end and back-end technologies and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
- Drive architecture and design decisions that ensure performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to deliver quality solutions.
- Write, test, and maintain clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Develop and integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs and third-party services.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and tools like Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation.
- Experience with Agile development and project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Prior experience in leading a team or managing technical projects.

Skills
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proficient in back-end development with Node.js/Express, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or PHP (Laravel).
Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
Expertise in building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Strong understanding of Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse teams.
