Soz Beauty Group, a leading distributor of premium beauty brands in Iraq, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging visuals that represent our diverse portfolio of renowned beauty brands. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and social media teams to develop designs that captivate our audience, enhance brand identity, and drive business growth. In this role, you will assist in the end-to-end execution of design projects, ensuring all deliverables meet business and creative objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing assets for websites, social media campaigns, advertisements, and print materials, while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. As part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, you will manage multiple design tasks, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also incorporate feedback from senior team members to refine and improve designs, ensuring alignment with the visual identity of the international brands we proudly represent in Iraq. Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). You should have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in brand identity, digital marketing, or print design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential, along with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
