We are currently looking for Bakers/Confectioners to join our team in Germany. If you have a passion for producing high-quality baked goods and confectionery, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Production of Baked Goods: Operate machinery and equipment for the production of various bakery products, ensuring efficient and timely output.
• Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor the production process to ensure the high quality of baked goods. Identify any issues or deviations and take corrective actions to maintain standards.
• Packaging: Assist in the packaging and preparation of baked goods for shipment, ensuring proper handling and labeling.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the production area, machinery, and equipment. Follow hygiene protocols and participate in regular cleaning schedules.
• Work in Teams: Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth production operations. Contribute to a positive work environment with clear communication and teamwork.

Requirements

• Age: 18 - 35 years old.

Education:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Nice to have: A vocational training certificate or recognized qualification in bakery, confectionery, or butchery from the candidate’s country of origin.

Experience:

• Preferred: Previous experience in a bakery, confectionery, or related food production environment.
• Language Skills: German A2 proficiency is required, but if you do not meet this level, we offer comprehensive German language training to help you reach the required proficiency.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, and standing for long periods.
