We are currently seeking experienced professionals in the fields of electrical installations, sanitary, heating, and air conditioning systems mechanics, and renewable energy system installations such as heat pumps and photovoltaic (PV) systems. Key Responsibilities - Installation and Maintenance: Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, sanitary, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and electrical systems. - Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose system issues, perform repairs, and ensure all systems are working efficiently and according to German industry standards. - Quality Control: Ensure all installations and repairs meet quality and safety standards, following both German regulations and client specifications. - Collaborate with Teams: Work with project teams to ensure timely and efficient installations on various residential and commercial projects. - Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. - Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, explaining technical processes and ensuring customer satisfaction with completed projects. Requirements - Age: 18 - 35 years old. - Education and Training: - Bachelors degree in any field at a public university - Nice to have: Vocational training or recognized qualification as an Electrician, Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems Mechanic, or related craftsmanship profession (e.g., heat pump or PV system installer). - Experience: - Preferred: Hands-on experience in installing and maintaining HVAC systems, heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, or electrical systems. - Language Skills: - German: A2 proficiency is required, but if you do not meet this level, we offer comprehensive German language training to help you reach the required proficiency. - English: A2 proficiency is required. - Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting equipment, working at heights, and installing large systems in various environments. - Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is preferred for fieldwork.
