he Community and Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders. This role involves coordinating community outreach activities, managing partnerships, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration between all parties. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of community dynamics, and a passion for making a positive impact. Key Responsibilities: 1. Community Engagement: • Develop and implement strategies to engage and build relationships with community members. • Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and meetings. • Serve as a primary point of contact for community inquiries and feedback. 2. Partnership Management: • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, businesses, and stakeholders. • Maintain and nurture existing partnerships to ensure ongoing collaboration. • Coordinate and oversee partnership activities and initiatives. 3. Communication and Outreach: • Develop and distribute communication materials, including newsletters, social media content, and press releases. • Manage and update the organization’s website and social media channels. • Ensure consistent and effective communication with community members and partners. 4. Program Coordination: • Assist in the planning and implementation of community programs and projects. • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and report on progress. • Coordinate volunteer activities and manage volunteer recruitment and retention. 5. Administrative Support: • Maintain accurate records of community and partnership activities. • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Assist with budget management and resource allocation for community and partnership initiatives.
