he Community and Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, businesses, and stakeholders.

• Coordinate and oversee partnership activities and initiatives.

3. Communication and Outreach:

• Develop and distribute communication materials, including newsletters, social media content, and press releases.
• Manage and update the organization’s website and social media channels.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication with community members and partners.

4. Program Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of community programs and projects.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and report on progress.
• Coordinate volunteer activities and manage volunteer recruitment and retention.

5. Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records of community and partnership activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with budget management and resource allocation for community and partnership initiatives.
