Job Overview
Bridge Boost is seeking a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in software development to lead and manage our development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects. • Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects on time and within budget. • Manage and lead a team of developers including Back-end, Front-end, Mobile Application Developers, and UX/UI Designers. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. • Ensure resource availability and allocation. • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues and risks. • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. • Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and mentorship to the development team. • Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality and meet business requirements. • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and practices.
