I am Abdaljalil Mahmood, an educational professional and entrepreneur from Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. I recently graduated with a Master's degree in Education Management and Policy from Northeast Normal University in Changchun, China. My research focused on the significant impact of social support on secondary teachers' occupational well-being in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, where I used a mixed-methods approach to gain comprehensive insights. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Sulaimaniyah and a diploma from Eichstätt-Ingolstadt University of Catholic in Bavaria, Germany. My academic journey has equipped me with a diverse and robust understanding of educational systems and policies. As the owner of Factoreach, an educational consulting company, I specialize in assisting students with admissions and scholarship opportunities across several countries, including China, Poland, Russia, Canada, Czech Republic, Hungary, Britain, Singapore, Korea, and Japan. I provide tailored consulting services to help students achieve their educational goals. In addition to consulting, I am passionate about language education. I founded Kurdlingo, a platform dedicated to language and culture learning. Kurdlingo offers thousands of videos and multiple learning methods, creating numerous job opportunities in the language sector, especially remote work for students. Our mission is to help Kurds learn other languages and to introduce the Kurdish language to a global audience. On social media, I manage a TikTok account called 'Speak English with AJ,' where I create engaging and educational content to teach English expressions through movies. My goal is to make language learning accessible, enjoyable, and practical for everyone. I am committed to fostering cross-cultural understanding and supporting educational development. My work aims to positively impact individuals seeking educational opportunities and language learning resources.
