I am an IT professional with over 7 years of experience, starting as a Help Desk Technician and progressing to a Help Desk Manager. Throughout this time, I have been an active member of various administrative, technical, and artistic committees, which has allowed me to develop skills in multiple areas. I have extensive experience in cybersecurity, including working with Windows Server and Linux. I have conducted security testing for web applications, servers, and networks, identifying numerous vulnerabilities that have helped improve the security of my organization. I have participated in many specialized cybersecurity courses and other fields, and I am a member of the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) focused on handling cyber incidents. Additionally, I have administrative experience that includes drafting, archiving, and issuing official documents, as well as organizing protocols and ceremonies.
