As a trainer, I see myself as the maestro orchestrating diverse personalities, each with distinct perspectives, mindsets, and skill sets, towards personal development. For me, passion lies in being an integral part of the personal development journey, serving as a mirror reflecting others' skills and competencies. I view myself as a tool guiding individuals to become the best version of themselves. True learning unfolds when knowledge is shared creatively, fostering a dynamic exchange between the trainer and trainees. Incorporating an intermediate transitional learning approach is my facilitation philosophy. This approach ensures an inclusive learning environment, promoting active participation from both the trainer and participants. By adopting this method, trainees are empowered to actively engage in the learning process, maximizing the benefits derived from the training.
