Deepfake Detective is a web-based AI-powered application designed to help users detect, analyze, and counter deepfake media. Built with Next.js and styled using Tailwind CSS, the platform offers a suite of tools for identifying manipulated content in images and videos. Users can upload media files to verify their authenticity using advanced deepfake detection algorithms.

Key features include:

🔍 Deepfake Detection: Analyze images to detect signs of manipulation or AI-generated content.

🧼 Background Removal: Easily remove backgrounds from uploaded images using smart segmentation tools.

🧠 AI Image Generation: Generate realistic images using generative AI models.

🔐 Hybrid Access System: Users can try the tools up to three times without logging in; after that, authentication via Google (NextAuth.js) is required.

🧾 Dashboard System: Authenticated users access a dedicated dashboard with history tracking, trial usage count, and feature control.

⚙️ Scalable Structure: The backend is ready to integrate additional AI models and analytics tools, with secure public/private routes and session handling.


Deepfake Detective empowers users to stay vigilant against digital misinformation by making deepfake detection accessible, educational, and effective.

Second Serve is a full-stack web application developed as part of my final year research project, aimed at reducing food waste in Kurdistan by connecting local food providers (such as restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores) with users who can purchase surplus food at discounted prices.

The platform allows verified food providers to list food items that are still fresh but unsold at the end of the day. Users can browse these items, place orders, and receive their food via local delivery. The app promotes sustainability, supports local businesses, and provides affordable meals to the community.

The system features a modern, responsive UI with multi-language support, animated components, and user authentication via email and Google. Admins manage provider accounts, while providers manage their listings, orders, and feedback.
