As a Mechanical Engineer in the LVP (Large Volume Parenteral) Department at Pioneer Pharmaceuticals, I oversee and monitor the manufacturing processes and machinery involved in the production of intravenous pharmaceutical products. My key responsibilities include:

- Controlling and supervising the operation of various production machines to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

- Performing regular maintenance, including CIP (Cleaning in Place), SIP (Sterilization in Place), filter drying, VLC (Vacuum Line Cleaning), and other essential maintenance tasks, along with changing filters as needed. These efforts help to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production while maintaining optimal machine performance.

- Reporting to the maintenance department for major maintenance requirements and coordinating necessary repairs.

- Implementing and adhering to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and address technical issues promptly.
